I’d like to make an exciting announcement! I will now be contributing work to the excellent Wizard Dojo. I’d like to thank themancalledscott, the one man band at the helm of the Dojo, for giving me this opportunity. It may not seem like a lot, but I hope this opportunity will help my work reach a wider audience and hopefully this experience will help me grow as a writer.
While I plan to dedicate most of my focus to the Dojo, I may post a few things on here every now and then. Who knows, perhaps I’ll get back to recording and upload some new music – I bet most of you didn’t know that I created this site as a means to upload and share my original musical work.
So for those of you who haven’t already, be sure to follow The Wizard Dojo so you can follow the awesome work of Scott, myself, and possibly others (pending).
You can actually check out my first post to the Dojo here: Nier: Automata Review
I’d like to thank the dedicated few who have constantly followed and commented on my work for the past couple of years and hope you will all continue to do so with my work at the Dojo.

I’ll do my utmost best to not spoil the beautiful nature of the masterpiece that is Persona 4 but in order to properly convey this experience, I’ll have to touch on certain thematic elements that ultimately reflect my own personal struggles. I do apologize in advanced if I drift off topic, as this is a relatively sensitive topic, and it’ll be in my nature to deviate from the beaten path, but hopefully by the end of this, you’ll have a better understanding of who I am, why gaming is so important to me, and why I believe this medium is an unparalleled, beautiful work of art.

A little formulaic self-introduction never hurt anyone. My name is Alex and I’m an amateur musician and writer that wanted an outlet to express my creative design. So here I am, though I’ll admit that I’m not very good, but through this experience I hope to grow and improve with the help of all of you. Music and Video games are my two passions and I try to balance the two although during some periods in my life one may take prevalence over the other. So I guess I’ll give a run down on my origin story, or at least the origin of my two passions for that matter.
